He's... figuring it out. Remembering how to be human. It's slow, but he's doing it. "I could eat." He actualy is hungry, but Tobias has never been the sort to express himself all that well, and being human again has only made him more taciturn.
"You want some help?" It won't be competent help, and that still grates, but it's better than feeling completely useless.
