Tim sits perched at the edge of a roof, looking out over the city. He doesn't have much time to just sit and think these days. With Ra's in town there's not a lot of time spent waiting for something to happen. Instead there's constant counter-planning and contingency work. But sometimes you need to pause and catch your breath, let your brain catch up with your body.
